Wakefield Hospital Redevelopment — Stage 2
A five-storey, base-isolated acute-care expansion on a fully operational private hospital campus in Newtown, Wellington. The new building delivers 47 inpatient beds across ward and ICU/HDU, seven operating theatres, a cardiac catheterisation laboratory, and a dedicated endoscopy suite — all constructed and commissioned while adjacent clinical services continued uninterrupted throughout.

ESR Kenepuru Science Centre
A 4,000 m² PC2 containment laboratory and forensic science facility on an active Crown research campus in Porirua, delivered under Crown Infrastructure Delivery. The building houses public health laboratories, a forensic service centre, an innovation hub, and office accommodation — constructed adjacent to 7,200 m² of occupied legacy buildings scheduled for demolition upon relocation of approximately 150 staff.

An ECI-procured social housing development delivering 80 dwellings across four three-to-five-storey blocks of townhouses and apartments in Mt Cook, Wellington. Built to Homestar 6 standard over a 33-month programme delivered through the COVID-19 period.
Hutt Park Indoor Sports Centre — Stage 2
A 1,682 m² multi-purpose extension to the existing Hutt Park Indoor Sports Centre. Structural steel frame with precast concrete panels, Kingspan envelope — constructed and connected to the operational 5,000 m² Stage 1 building.
15 Daly Street
A multi-level commercial building. Works covered interior demolition and fit-out, exterior envelope remediation, and roofing repairs — delivered while tenants remained in occupation across adjacent levels.
Newtown New World Seismic Upgrade
Seismic strengthening to the ground-level supermarket and Level 1 carpark — retrofit to the carpark roof, deck structure, and ground-floor concrete ceiling panels, along with fit-out and concrete works. All carried out while both the supermarket and carpark remained fully operational.
